Tzfat 's Tourist Information Center is located on Alkebetz Street, below the Ari Ashkanazi Synagogue, between the Kosov and Abuhav synagogues. It is sponsored by Tzfat 's Partnership 2000 community, the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach FL and is activities are coordinated by the Livnot U'Lehibanot Israel Experience Program.

Visitors can walk into the center to receive advice and guidance for their Safed trip including information about local tour guides, historical sites, Kabbalah, Shabbat options, Safed Art and more

Free Shabbat tours of Livnot's excavations of 16th century Tzfat are available in English on Shabbat afternoons. Call to confirm times which change according to the season.
