When is the Safed Klezmer Festival 2023? Join the Celebration! August 22 - 24 2023!!!!!
Klezmer Festival in Safed is held throughout the alleyways and lanes of the Old Jewish Quarter and Artist Quarter. On each of the 3 nights of the festival, performances begin approximately 9:00p.m. and go through until after midnight. The performances are free and are all located within a 5 - 15 minute walk of each other in the town's center.

Glassblowing Demonstrations
Sheva Chaya Servetter has turned the art of blowing glass into a mystical experience of light, joy and depth. Sheva Chaya gives glass-blowing demonstrations for pre-arranged famlies and grups. Bee Safari Open House
On your way up to Tzfat! -- located about 20 minutes south of Tzfat
Come meet the Bees; Neshikha Open House, Wednesday August 23rd from 10 AM – 3 PM. Free. If you want to do something fun, tasty, and educational, come visit Israel's pampered bees at our Neshikha Open House. The Neshikha bees have been buzzy all spring and summer and are excited to share with you. Our Open House includes: 1. Tasting fresh, raw, bee-to-bottle honey and meeting the bees that made it. 2. Enjoying an opportunity to visit the hives in a supervised, up-close bee experience (some restrictions may apply). 3. Discovering Neshikha’s origin, ideals, and goals with co-founders Miri Newcome and Chaya BenBaruch. 4. Learning about our customized Bee Safari workshops. 5. Exploring plants and their pollinators with a self-guided walk and scavenger hunt. 6. Watching the bees up close via our observation hive as they actually make honey and tend the hive. 7.
