 All royal women of the North are invited to attend the Queen Esther: "Everyone's a Beauty" Pageant and Costume Ball, March 7, Motzei Shabbat, 8 PM- midnight at Beit Chabad, Old City, Tzfat. Admission: 20 NIS. Dress up as Queen Esther, ball gown, crown and all. Order of the evening: melave malka with Divrei Torah, performances, drum dance singing circle, DJ style music and dancing. If you'd like to perform or lead something or help with food, etc. please be in touch asap.

  • ​Erev Purim, Monday. Fast begins at 3:50 AM. Mincha with special fast day Torah reading; 5 PM. Maariv 6:15 PM. Megillah reading at 8 PM followed at 9 PM by dancing with D. J. Ainav Pargamentz. Prizes for best costumes at dances. For Hebrew and English speakers. 
  • Tuesday/Purim Day: Shacharis 8:30 a.m., with Megillah reading at 9:15 a.m. for men and women. Mincha: 1:30 PM. Allows time for Purim Seudah that must be completed by 5:42 PM in Tzfat.  Maariv Tuesday night, 8:00 p.m., followed by Shushan Purim Megillah reading for walled cities, including Tsfat due to a doubt (without a brocha).
  • Wednesday, Shushan Purim Day: Shacharis 8:30 AM with Megillah reading after davening (without a brocha), and fulfillment of the other three mitzvot of Purim.
